"Exceptional"
It was conveniently located in a safe area and inexpensive. The staff/owners were fantastic, really nice and helpful, hardworking. They went out of their way to meet our needs. It’s an older property so not as ‘shiny’ as some, but it was clean and well run. We ended up staying for four nights and were happy we chose this hotel.

The folks who run this place are always helpful and accommodating. They excel at customer service. There is nothing fancy about their Inn, but they keep it clean and do a great job all around. It is a great value any time of the year.

The location was good. Lots places to eat near hotel. The staff was friendly. Not much more I can say about the room I was in but horrible. UGA is not far from hotel. Convince store across the street

The location was perfect to avoid the traffic. Close to Publix, Starbucks, etc. The room was clean, ac was ice cold, cold fridge and a working microwave. The front desk was very nice.
